Provide compliant vehicles and documents. If the vehicle is detained by customs due to documentation issues, the shipper is responsible.

Exterior Check

Verify the vehicle’s exterior is intact (e.g., no scratches or dents) and take photos for record.  

Quantity Verification

Cross-check vehicle model, VIN (chassis number), and engine number one by one against the contract list.  

Document Check

Confirm that all required documents are with the vehicle (e.g., Import Certificate, insurance policy).
